What type of proxies do you provide? We provide HTTP/HTTPS proxies.
Can I test a proxy before purchasing? Yes, please contact us for a free trial.
What forms of payment are accepted? Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Alert Pay
Can I exchange IP addresses? Yes, once per month, upon remittance of your renewal payment, you have the option to exchange your existing proxies for a different set by submitting a helpdesk ticket here.
What is the difference between shared and dedicated proxies? Shared proxies are simultaneously used by multiple Packet Flip® clients. Dedicated proxies are only accessible by you, while you maintain your subscription.
How long is setup time? Accounts are manually verified and are typically setup within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. When your account is ready, your proxies will be delivered via email.
Do you provide fresh, never before used IP addresses? No. Neither our shared nor our dedicated proxy packages contain fresh, never before used IP addresses.
Can Packet Flip® proxies be used on classified ad websites? We do not place any restrictions on classified ad websites. However, our proxies may be blocked by these websites and as a result we do not guarantee that our proxies will be permitted to access or operate on them. Furthermore, you must comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the classified ad websites you attempt to access with our proxies.
Does Packet Flip® block access to any specific websites? We attempt to allow access to all websites. Unfortunately, we have to enforce some restrictions on a small set of websites. For details, please see our Terms of Service and Appropriate Use Policy.
Can I email with your proxies? No, emailing of any kind and on any scale is strictly prohibited.
